North Dakota Safety Council - Operation Lifesaver
North Dakota Operation Lifesaver is a public education program designed to reduce the number of collisions, injuries, and fatalities at highway-rail grade crossings. To accomplish these goals, North Dakota Operation Lifesaver works to increase public awareness of potential highway-rail grade crossing hazards and to improve driver and pedestrian behaviors at an estimated 6,531 North Dakota public and private highway-rail intersections.

Operation Lifesaver Canada
Operation Lifesaver is a national public education program sponsored by the Railway Association of Canada and Transport Canada and works in co-operation with the Canada Safety Council, provincial safety councils/leagues, railway companies, unions, police, public and community groups.
Its goal is to reduce the needless loss of life, injuries and damages caused by highway/railway crossing collisions and train/pedestrian incidents.

Operation Lifesaver Inc.
Operation Lifesaver is a national, non-profit education and awareness program dedicated to ending tragic collisions, fatalities and injuries at highway-rail grade crossings and on railroad rights of way. To accomplish its mission, Operation Lifesaver promotes 3 E's:
Education: Operation Lifesaver strives to increase public awareness about the dangers around the rails. The program seeks to educate both drivers and pedestrians to make safe decisions at crossings and around railroad tracks.
Enforcement: Operation Lifesaver promotes active enforcement of traffic laws relating to crossing signs and signals and private property laws related to trespassing.
Engineering: Operation Lifesaver encourages continued engineering research andinnovation to improve the safety of railroad crossings.

Texas Operation Lifesaver
Texas Operation Lifesaver, Inc. (TX OL) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit public safety organization committed to reducing the number of tragic incidents at highway-rail grade crossing intersections and trespassing on railroad rights-of-way.
Since 1977, TX OL has been working hard to educate the public about safety at highway-rail grade crossings and trespassing on railroad rights-of-way. We accomplish this by making free Operation Lifesaver presentations to any age or size group. Our volunteers are either Certified Presenters or Associates who help staff booths and/or coordinate presentations.

Utah Operation Lifesaver wants you and your neighbors to be safe around tracks and trains! Our volunteer speakers, called Presenters, are available, free of charge, to provide important safety information to professional truck and bus drivers, school bus drivers, drivers education classes, elementary school students, law enforcement and emergency responders.

Washington Operation Lifesaver
Washington Operation Lifesaver (WAOL) is a free public service education program dedicated to preventing and reducing fatalities and injuries at highway-rail grade crossings and along railroad rights-of-way. We educate the public on highway-rail grade crossing safety and provide vital information about the dangers encountered when people trespass on railroad property. We also get involved with engineering projects to improve public safety, and we work with the law enforcement community in an effort to reduce grade crossing and trespass incidents. WAOL is part of a national program known as "Operation Lifesaver Inc." (OLI). Both WAOL and OLI are non-profit organizations.
