Palouse River & Coulee City Railroad (PCC)

Wallula, WA West Region
The Palouse River & Coulee City Railroad (PCC) locomotives haul approximately 4,000 car loads of wheat, lentils and barley over 202 mainline miles of beautiful rolling hills known as Washington's Palouse region.

The PCC is comprised of three branch lines: the Hooper line, running from Hooper Junction to Colfax, Wash.; the Pleasant Valley line, running from Winona Junction to Thornton, Wash.; and the South Subdivision line, running from Wallula to Walla Walla, Wash., Walla Walla to Dayton, Wash., and Walla Walla to Weston, Ore.

Our focus in the Palouse Region continues to be the development or expansion of any rail-serviceable industry. Refrigerated Warehousing is available on the PCC at Walla Walla. The site is open to BNSF and UP railroad routings to or from Walla Walla via the PCC.
