New Hampshire - Northern Rail Trail

Improve, promote, and maintain the Northern Rail Trail as a four season, multi-use trail through Merrimack County. The Northern Rail Trail goes through the towns of Danbury, Wilmot, Andover, Franklin, and Boscawen in Merrimack County.

A nearly flat trail beginning at Lebanon, New Hampshire, in the Mascoma River Valley, passing through historic villages and by scenic lakes, streams and hills along the old roadbed of the Boston and Maine Railroad Northern Line.

The Friends of the Northern Rail Trail in Grafton County (FNRT) is a non-profit organization, founded in 1996, dedicated to the conversion of the Northern Rail Corridor into a multi-use recreational trail.
