Carcross, Yukon Terrritory Canada - The CarcrossCam

One of the views from my computer chair, looking NNE through the kitchen window over Lake Bennett, the village of Carcross, and Caribou Mountain. The flag flying in front is the Yukon Territory's flag. And the dogs that you'll quite often see are Kayla, the light-coloured husky-wolf cross, and Kodi, the dark Siberian Husky.

It's not readily visible without a train, but the White Pass & Yukon Route tracks are located in the line of brush between the camera and the lake. If a train passes by, you'll have a nice view, however with only one train per day (in season) you'll need to be rather lucky to catch it. Check the "best of Carcross Cam" link for a sample.
