CPCS Transcom Ltd. is an Ottawa-based consulting firm specialising in international transportation commercialisation and privatisation projects. The company was established in September 1996 following the merger of Hickling Transcom and CPCS International and has recently merged with Upham International Corporation with a major office in Thailand. CPCS Transcom combines staff, resources, and experience in the management and commercialisation of transportation organizations, particularly roads, railways, ports, and intermodal terminal facilities for projects around the world.
