Harsco Track Technologies, a division of Harsco Corporation is pleased to announce that the acquisition of Pandrol Jackson has been competed effective October 15, 1999. Pandrol Jackson will be merged with Fairmont Tamper, and the newly merged company will be named Harsco Track Technologies. Harsco Track Technologies is a major international supplier of railway track maintenance equipment and services for private and government-owned railways worldwide.
