Indiana and Ohio Railway (IORY)
The Indiana & Ohio Railway (IORY) is a short-line railroad operating primarily in western Ohio, as well as in parts of southeastern Indiana and southeast Michigan. The IORY serves the metropolitan areas of Cincinnati, Columbus, Springfield and Lima, OH.

IORY handles a wide range of commodities over its 684-mile railroad, including automobiles, pig iron and other metal products, chemicals, plastics, lumber, paper, grain and grain products, such as ethanol and dried distillers grains. IORY serves several barge terminals in Cincinnati, and has customers offering transload services to handle a variety of products. IORY offers several sites suitable for new industry development.

IORY has major interchanges with CFE, CN, CSXT, NS and WE, as well as numerous short lines, including CIND, AA, ADBF and RJCW, which offer IORY the capability of easily moving goods throughout North America.

Indiana Southern Railroad (ISRR) operates over a distance of 176 miles between Indianapolis and Evansville. Its route traverses the heart of Southern Indiana’s bituminous coal fields and corn belt, and positions it to serve multiple steam electric generating stations. ISRR will also serve a new coal gasification plant under construction, as well increasing its participation in the expanding market for Illinois Basin coal. Iowa Interstate Railroad, Ltd.
Headquartered in Iowa City, IA, Iowa Interstate Railroad, Ltd. (IAIS) operates between Omaha, NE and Chicago, IL on the former Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific mainline. IAIS also operates a branch line from Bureau, IL to Peoria, IL. IAIS was created November 2, 1984 making it one of the "oldest" regional raliroads in existence with connections to all Class 1 carriers at various points on it's line. With 180 employees, IAIS primarily transports grain, agricultural products, steel, scrap, appliances, intermodal containers and trailers, chemicals and forest products.

Juniata Valley Railroad
The Juniata Valley Railroad is a switching carrier and a Norfolk Southern handling line carrier. NS shipments can be routed NS direct.

The Juniata Valley Railroad was incorporated in 1996 to assume from Conrail the operation of the three branch lines radiating out of Lewistown. These lines include remnants of the former railroads extending to Selinsgrove and to Milroy, and the branch to the West Mifflin Industrial Park.
