Fort Smith Railroad Co. (FSR)
On July 7, 1991, the Fort Smith Railroad Co. (FSR), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pioneer Railcorp, entered into a twenty-year lease (with three twenty-year renewals) with the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company (MP) to operate 49 miles of track from Fort Smith to Paris, Arkansas. The FSR's primary interchange is with the Union Pacific Railroad Company (UP), parent of the MP. FSR also interchanges with the Arkansas & Missouri Railroad Co. (AM) and the Kansas City Southern Railway (KCS).

Fulton County Railway, LLC (FCR)
Atlanta, GA - Fulton County Railway, LLC (“FCR”) owns and operates over 55 miles of trackage within the Fulton County Industrial Park. The industrial park is home to more than 40 rail-served warehouse and light manufacturing companies that ship or receive commodities such as food products, metals, paper, and packaging products from the West Coast, Pacific Northwest, Canada, Ohio Valley, and Southeast. FCR customers move more than 8,000 cars, or the equivalent of 30,000 trucks, annually through warehouses and light manufacturing facilities to end users in Atlanta, GA and the surrounding areas, as well as multiple points throughout the East.

Georgia Northeastern Railroad Company Inc. (GNRR)
On August 1st of 1990, several local investors purchased all of the outstanding stock of the Georgia Northeastern Railroad Company, Inc. ("GNRR"). The GNRR is a shortline railroad which runs from Marietta to Elijay, Georgia. Although construction of this line did not begin until 1874, it was initially chartered in Georgia as The Ellijay Railroad in 1854, seven years before the Civil War.

Gettysburg & Northern Railroad Company (GET)
On February 20, 2001, the Company through its wholly-owned subsidiary Gettysburg & Northern Railroad Co. (GET), acquired in a transaction accounted for by the purchase method of accounting, the railroad assets of the former Gettysburg Railway, Inc. (GBRY) and the Gettysburg Scenic Railway (GSRX), from various corporate entities owned by John H. Marino of Manassas, Virginia. The line is 25 miles in length running from Gettysburg, PA to Mount Holly Springs, PA. The primary commodities are canned goods, pulpboard, soda ash, grain, and scrap paper. In addition, the GET generates a portion of its revenues from a scenic passenger operation, Pioneer Lines Scenic Railway.

Goderich-Exeter (GEXR)
The Goderich Exeter Railway is located in Ontario Canada. GEXR has interchange points with the Canadian National at London, ON and Toronto, ON. The Canadian Pacific interchange is at Kitchener, ON and Guelph, ON. With 182 miles of track through Ontario, the GEXR moves over 26,000 cars per year with commodities such as Salt and Fertilizer, Wheat, Grains, Soy Meal and Rice, and Automotive.

Metropolitan areas such as Guelph, Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo, Elmira, Stratford, St. Mary’s, Goderich, Clinton and Exeter enjoy rail service from the GEXR. As with all RailAmerica properties the GEXR has a strong focus on safety for its employees and customers in performing our business.

Loveland, Colorado - GWR operates a total of 80 miles of its own track and trackage rights and serves a diverse base of customers including: Amalgamated Sugar, Anheuser-Busch, Colorado Sweet Gold, Eastman Kodak, Universal Forest Products, Wedron Silica, and Western Sugar, as well as many companies in the fertilizer, grain and building materials markets. Greatly expanding its customer base since its acquisition, the GWR has become a vital link in northern Colorado's transportation network. Hudson Bay Railway (HBRY)
The Pas, Manitoba - Hudson Bay Railway (HBRY) operates over 810 miles of former Canadian National trackage. It is a vital transportation link, providing service to Northern Manitoba's important, but remote, resource-based industries. Major customers include Hudson Bay Mining & Smelting, Tolko Industries, the Canadian Wheat Board, and merchandisers of specialty crops. Wheat and barley marketed by the Canadian Wheat Board and specialty crops are exported through the Port of Churchill, the northern terminal of HBRY. Other major commodities handled by HBRY include ores and concentrates, copper and zinc metal, logs, kraft paper, lumber, petroleum products and general merchandise. Scheduled intermodal service is operated. Passenger service is provided under contract with VIA Rail Canada.

Indiana and Ohio Railway (IORY)
The Indiana & Ohio Railway (IORY) is a short-line railroad operating primarily in western Ohio, as well as in parts of southeastern Indiana and southeast Michigan. The IORY serves the metropolitan areas of Cincinnati, Columbus, Springfield and Lima, OH.

IORY handles a wide range of commodities over its 684-mile railroad, including automobiles, pig iron and other metal products, chemicals, plastics, lumber, paper, grain and grain products, such as ethanol and dried distillers grains. IORY serves several barge terminals in Cincinnati, and has customers offering transload services to handle a variety of products. IORY offers several sites suitable for new industry development.

IORY has major interchanges with CFE, CN, CSXT, NS and WE, as well as numerous short lines, including CIND, AA, ADBF and RJCW, which offer IORY the capability of easily moving goods throughout North America.
