Georgia Woodlands Railroad, LLC (GWR)
Washington, Georgia - The GWRC is an essential distribution link for the rural and industrial businesses of Wilkes County, Georgia. It handles commodities such as lumber, wood chips, pulpwood, plastic pellets, fertilizer and grain. This 17-mile railroad, operating between Washington and its connection with CSXT at Barnett, serves International Paper, Huntsman Packaging, Burt Lumber and Paper-Pak, plus the Washington-Wilkes Industrial Park.

Gettysburg & Northern Railroad Company (GET)
On February 20, 2001, the Company through its wholly-owned subsidiary Gettysburg & Northern Railroad Co. (GET), acquired in a transaction accounted for by the purchase method of accounting, the railroad assets of the former Gettysburg Railway, Inc. (GBRY) and the Gettysburg Scenic Railway (GSRX), from various corporate entities owned by John H. Marino of Manassas, Virginia. The line is 25 miles in length running from Gettysburg, PA to Mount Holly Springs, PA. The primary commodities are canned goods, pulpboard, soda ash, grain, and scrap paper. In addition, the GET generates a portion of its revenues from a scenic passenger operation, Pioneer Lines Scenic Railway.

Great Western Railway of Colorado, LLC (GWRCO)
Loveland, Colorado - GWR operates a total of 80 miles of its own track and trackage rights and serves a diverse base of customers including: Amalgamated Sugar, Anheuser-Busch, Colorado Sweet Gold, Eastman Kodak, Universal Forest Products, Wedron Silica, and Western Sugar, as well as many companies in the fertilizer, grain and building materials markets. Greatly expanding its customer base since its acquisition, the GWR has become a vital link in northern Colorado's transportation network. OmniTRAX Leasing also conducts its locomotive repair operations in leased space at GWR's headquarters. GWR is aggressively pursuing the development of vacant land around the railroad, where northern Colorado's skilled labor force and aggressive development has provided a home for many Fortune 500 companies.

Hudson Bay Railway (HBRY)
The Pas, Manitoba - Hudson Bay Railway (HBRY) operates over 810 miles of former Canadian National trackage. It is a vital transportation link, providing service to Northern Manitoba's important, but remote, resource-based industries. Major customers include Hudson Bay Mining & Smelting, Tolko Industries, the Canadian Wheat Board, and merchandisers of specialty crops. Wheat and barley marketed by the Canadian Wheat Board and specialty crops are exported through the Port of Churchill, the northern terminal of HBRY. Other major commodities handled by HBRY include ores and concentrates, copper and zinc metal, logs, kraft paper, lumber, petroleum products and general merchandise. Scheduled intermodal service is operated. Passenger service is provided under contract with VIA Rail Canada.

Huron Central Railway (HCR)
Genesee Rail-One, the Canadian subsidiary of Genesee & Wyoming Inc., includes two operating properties, the Québec-Gatineau Railway (QGR) and the Huron Central Railway (HCR).
The Huron Central Railway, also acquired from CP Rail, began operating in July 1997 between the northern Ontario centers of Sudbury and Sault Ste. Marie along the north shore of Lake Huron. Handling approximately 23,000 carloads of freight, our 45 employees meet or exceed the transportation expectations of our customers, including Algoma Steel in the "Sault" and Domtar in Espanola. At HCR, we are proud that in our short history we have established a strong reputation for service satisfaction.

The Illinois & Midland Railroad (I&M) serves greater Peoria, Springfield, Havana and many other communities in central Illinois.
