Indiana Southwestern Railway Co. (ISW)
The Indiana Southwestern Railway Co. (ISW) became Pioneer Railcorp's 15th shortline railroad subsidiary at 12:01AM on April 1, 2000. In a series of asset purchase transactions, the ISW acquired all of the rail facilities owned or leased by the
Evansville Terminal Railway Company (EVT). The rail line begins on the west side of Evansville at a place called Harwood
Yard and runs north to Poseyville, Indiana along the former Peoria, Decatur and Evansville Railroad (later Illinois Central
Railroad). At Poseyville the railroad runs east to Cynthiana, Indiana along the former Chicago & Eastern Illinois Railroad's
Mount Vernon Branch (later L&N, then CSX). The total length of the ISW is 23 main line miles and interchanges with CSX in Evansville.

Iowa Interstate Railroad, Ltd.
Headquartered in Iowa City, IA, Iowa Interstate Railroad, Ltd. (IAIS) operates between Omaha, NE and Chicago, IL on the former Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific mainline. IAIS also operates a branch line from Bureau, IL to Peoria, IL. IAIS was created November 2, 1984 making it one of the "oldest" regional raliroads in existence with connections to all Class 1 carriers at various points on it's line. With 180 employees, IAIS primarily transports grain, agricultural products, steel, scrap, appliances, intermodal containers and trailers, chemicals and forest products.

1996 by purchasing two disconnected branches in Elkhart and Kedallville, Indiana from Conrail (CR). The MSO serves a
diverse commodity base including scrap metal and paper, fertilizer, aggregates, animal by-products, and manufactured and food
products. Additionally, the MSO is only 35 miles from Pioneer's West Michigan Railroad Company.

Kettle Falls, WA - The Kettle Falls International Railway, LLC ("KFR") owns and operates over 160 miles of former Burlington Northern Santa Fe trackage in Northeastern Washington State and Southeastern British Columbia. KFR operates from the BNSF interchange at Chewalah, Washington to Columbia Gardens, British Columbia. A second line operates from Kettle Falls, Washington to Grand Forks, British Columbia, before crossing the border again to reach San Poil, Washington.

Kiamichi Railroad
The Kiamichi Railroad began operations on July 22,1987. It consists of over 230 miles of former Burlington Northern Railroad Company trackage in Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Texas. This mileage has been part of the St. Louis-San Francisco Railway Company (Frisco) prior to its merger with the Burlington Northern. The Kiamichi, named after the Kiamichi River, has two lines, one of which extends from Madill, Oklahoma to Hope, Arkansas, and the other from Antlers, Oklahoma to Paris, Texas. The two lines cross at Hugo, Oklahoma, where the line has its headquarters. In 1988 the Kiamichi handled 32,000 carloads over its system. In 1999, Kiamichi had expanded its carloads to 38,000.

from its junction with the Union Pacific Railroad and the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway Company near the Little Rock
National Airport to the Arkansas River at the Little Rock Port dock facilities. The system includes several spur lines to
industries within the Industrial District and a marshaling yard where switching takes places between the Little Rock Port
Authority Railroad and the Union Pacific Railroad and the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway Company. The Port Railroad
operates on approximately 12 miles of track.

Jeffersonville, IN - The Louisville & Indiana Railroad was formed in March 1994 to acquire 106 miles of rail line between Indianapolis and Louisville. The line serves numerous major companies and an efficient inland port facility. Since formation, L&I has located a number of new industries to its lines. L&I has been designated a future high-speed rail corridor by the U.S. Department of Transportation.

Luxapalila Valley Railroad Company
The LXVR was incorporated in February 1996 to acquire the rail line owned by the C&G from Columbus, Ms., to
the Mississippi/Alabama state line and the continuance of that rail line to Belk, AL, owned by the NS.
The LXVR commenced operation of this thirty-four (34) mile long freight railroad between Columbus, MS, and
Belk, AL, June 1, 1996.
