Olympia & Belmore Railroad (OYLO)
OYLO also provides the vital link between the Port of Olympia and the national rail freight network. Centrally located between Seattle and Portland, the port provides companies efficient and cost-effective interstate access from Interstate 5 with rail service provided by OYLO. The port also accommodates on-dock rail service, cargo storage and laydown areas, on-hand equipment and a host of other services. A continuous rail loop throughout the port’s marine terminal complex allows the free flow of cargo in and out of the facility. The rail loop is designed to handle a single unit-train as well as smaller sets of railcars.

Orangeville Brampton Railway (OBRY)
The BCRY and OBRY are community-owned short lines in southern Ontario that partner with Cando as a railway services operator contracted to provide local railway services to online customers in these communities for interchange with CP. As part of the OBRY, Cando operates the Credit Valley Explorer (CVE), a special event and passenger excursion train which operates out of Orangeville.

The Otter Tail Valley Railroad OTVR) operates 71 miles of track in west central Minnesota between its connection with the BNSF Railway at Dilworth Yard (near Moorhead, across the Red River from Fargo, ND), and Fergus Falls, MN. Branch lines extend from Fergus Falls to French and to Hoot Lake.

Wilmington, CA - Pacific Harbor Line, Inc. provides rail transportation, maintenance and dispatching services to the Ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles, which together form the largest container port in the United States. In addition to switching over 40,000 units of carload freight annually, PHL provides rail switching services for nine on-dock intermodal terminals and provides dispatching services for about ninety intermodal or unit trains per day.

Pacific Sun Railroad (PSRR)
San Diego, CA – West Region
The Pacific Sun Railroad (PSRR) began operations October 25, 2008 as Watco’s first railroad in California. The 62 miles of track serves freight Customers of the Escondido subdivision, the Miramar industrial spur and between Stuart Mesa and San Onofre. The PSRR provides service to Customers transporting corn, soy, lumber, plastic pellets, beer, paints and items for recycling. This railroad also accommodates the schedules of BNSF trains, coasters, and Amtrak and Metro link passenger trains.

Palouse River & Coulee City Railroad (PCC)
Wallula, WA – West Region
The Palouse River & Coulee City Railroad (PCC) locomotives haul approximately 4,000 car loads of wheat, lentils and barley over 202 mainline miles of beautiful rolling hills known as Washington’s Palouse region.

The PCC is comprised of three branch lines: the Hooper line, running from Hooper Junction to Colfax, Wash.; the Pleasant Valley line, running from Winona Junction to Thornton, Wash.; and the South Subdivision line, running from Wallula to Walla Walla, Wash., Walla Walla to Dayton, Wash., and Walla Walla to Weston, Ore.

Our focus in the Palouse Region continues to be the development or expansion of any rail-serviceable industry. Refrigerated Warehousing is available on the PCC at Walla Walla. The site is open to BNSF and UP railroad routings to or from Walla Walla via the PCC.
