The Santa Maria Valley Railroad provides daily freight service to our customers along our 14 miles of well maintained mainline track. Our tracks are rated to transport 286,000 lb rail cars. We can accommodate transload customers, which enables customers who are not directly served on our line to enjoy the benefits of the cost savings and lower environmental impacts of rail transportation.

The Santa Maria Valley Railroad is located on the Central Coast of California, 250 miles south of San Francisco and 175 miles north of Los Angeles. The Santa Maria Valley Railroad interchanges with the Union Pacific Railroad at Guadalupe, California, connecting with Union Pacific Railroad's Coast Line and the entire rail system of North America.

Savannah Industrial Transportation, LLC (GA) is a seven-mile Industrial Switching Operation in Ricon, GA serving the Savannah Gateway Industrial Hub, (SGIH) which has rail connections with both the CSX and Norfolk Southern railroads. SGIH is a 2,750-acre master-planned Georgia Ready for Accelerated Development (GRAD) certified site. Located near the Port of Savannah in Effingham County, SGIH offers manufacturers, processors and distributors connectivity to U.S. and Global markets. SIT provides SGIH with rail switching, rail transloading and other freight rail services to allow the park to maximize the benefits of rail.

Savannah Port Terminal Railroad (SAPT)

SEDA-COG Joint Rail Authority
The SEDA-COG JRA is a Pennsylvania Municipal Authority which owns a 200 mile regional rail system in Central Pennsylvania. The JRA serves the counties of Centre, Clinton, Columbia, Lycoming, Montour, Northumberland and Union Counties through the Nittany & Bald Eagle Railroad, North Shore Railroad, Shamokin Valley Railroad, Lycoming Valley Railroad, White Deer & Reading Railroad and the Juniata Valley Railroad.

Seminole Gulf Railway
In November 1987, Seminole Gulf Railway (SGLR) acquired 118 miles of CSX trackage between North Naples and Arcadia, as well as, between Oneco (Bradenton) and Sarasota. SGLR now hauls much of the region's building materials, newsprint, LP gas, plastics, stone, recycled materials, steel, and other commodities. The railroad owns and manages a fleet of railcars rolling throughout North America. SGLR also helps clients with industrial development services.

In addition to providing traditional rail freight transportation, Seminole Gulf's related companies provide other vital supply chain solutions for Southern Florida, including regional trucking and logistical services, as well as warehousing and distribution from its frozen, refrigerated food and dry goods distribution centers located in Miami, North Fort Myers, and Lakeland.

In January 1991, Seminole Gulf Railway opened The Dinner Train, followed shortly by the commencement of daytime excursion trains. Soon thereafter, the Dinner Train began its first Murder Mystery Production, "Murder on the Seminole Express" which became an instant success. Other popular trips followed, such as the Christmas Rail/Boat Trip to Punta Gorda that has become an annual event for many guests.

For thirty one years, The Murder Mystery Dinner Train has hosted almost one million patrons and has premiered over 200 new murder mystery productions. The train seats up to 216 passengers in five reconditioned vintage railcars from the 1930's to the 1950's, "Pine Island", "Sanibel", "Marco", "Gasparilla", and "Captiva". All food is prepared fresh daily on board the train in the "Marco" kitchen, and brought to your table by our dedicated staff.

Shamokin Valley Railroad Company
Shamokin Valley Railroad Northumberland, PA - The antecedents of our Shamokin Valley Railroad (established 1984) date back 183 years. The Danville & Pottsville RR was incorporated in 1826, and finished construction between Sunbury and Shamokin in 1838. This company became the Philadelphia & Sunbury RR in 1851, and in 1858 the line became the Shamokin Valley & Pottsville RR. The SV&P was leased by the Northern Central Rwy. in 1883, thence passed to the PRR's control, but continued its separate corporate existence under until acquired by Conrail in 1976. When the line was sold in 1984, SEDA-COG acquired it to maintain rail service in Northumberland County and the Shamokin Valley Railroad was incorporated as the operating company. The west twelve miles of the Shamokin Valley RR, between Sunbury and Reed, utilizes the former Reading Company's alignment (opened 1883 as the Shamokin, Sunbury & Lewisburg RR.

South Carolina Central Railroad (SCRF)
The SCRF is located in northeast South Carolina and features 55 miles of railroad. SCRF interchanges with the CSXT at Florence, SC.

The main commodities shipped on the SCRF are steel, chemicals, trash and plastics. The SCRF handles more trash than any other US shortline and has a very diverse traffic base. Operating 6 days per week, we meet the customer's need for movement of their product.
