The Eagle Rock Railroad Historical Society, Inc. is a non-profit (501(c)3) group located in Idaho Falls, ID. Eagle Rock is the original name of the Idaho Falls townsite. We are dedicated to preserving the history of railroading in Southeast Idaho and the surrounding areas through the use of model railroading and historical displays.

East Tennessee And Western North Carolina Railroad Historical Society
Founded by John Waite in 1989 with a handful of ET&WNC enthusiasts, the ET&WNC Railroad Historical Society has expanded to hundreds of loyal followers of the little narrow gauge railroad. Intent upon preserving the history of the line, the Society holds a convention once a year in June in the ET&WNC area, and has been instrumental in helping preserve several of the few remaining pieces of rolling stock. The Society also helps preserve artifacts, photos and historical documents pertaining to the East Tennessee & Western North Carolina Railroad/Linville River Railway.

Erie Lackawanna Dining Car Preservation Society
The Erie Lackawanna Dining Car Preservation Society. Our mission is to preserve the dining car and passenger experience on the Erie Lackawanna and its predecessors through the purchase and restoration of existing Erie Lackawanna passenger equipment.

The centerpiece and focus of our organization is the restoration of Erie Lackawanna Diner #741. Built in 1925 for Pullman dining service on the Atlantic Coast Line, it was sold to the Erie in 1930. In 1949, the car was modernized by the Erie into its current configuration. Our restoration will reflect the appearance of the car after the modernization.

GM&O Historical Society
The GM&OHS sponsors a number of events each year where members can greet old friends and make new ones. Our annual fall Railroadiana Show is held in conjunction with our Annual Meeting and Dinner Banquet. Sellers and buyers from all over mark their calendars for these not-to-be-missed events, and members receive reduced rates on tables. The GM&OHS Annual Meeting, held in a GM&O on-line city each October is an all-day event including railroadiana tables, model contests, and a banquet featuring captivating guest speakers and an audio/visual presentation of extraordinary interest. It has come to pass that this historical society dedicated to preserving the history of the GM&O has surpassed the railroad in number of years in existence. The dedicated members of the Society have worked hard and achieved many noteworthy accomplishments:
