Ohio - Home of the P. D. C. R. R.
We have completed the first phase of construction of our own railroad, The Frosty Hollow Branch Line, at Skip's house. We have in the initial loop of 450' of mainline, 1 steaming bay, and a turntable completed so far. This Spring we plan to double the tangent track length, add a siding, and add the station. We would be happy to have you and your engine come to visit. Drop us a line to make sure someone will be there.

Ohio - Northeastern Ohio Live Steamers
The Northeastern Ohio Live Steamers is actively recruiting new members.
Our club is 31 years old and consists of members from 10 years old to well, lets just say old enough. We vacated our mature site in Copley, Ohio in 1998. Now, working with the Medina County Park Board we are in the early stages of development of a nine-acre site in the Lester Rail Trail Park, northwest of Medina. Site grading and clearing is underway for a 2,200 ft 7-1/2 in. gauge mainline loop and a 1,200 sq. ft station style clubhouse / meeting building.

Oregon - Meadows & Lake Kathleen Railroad
The Meadows and Lake Kathleen railroad is 95% complete on 41 acres near Deadwood, Oregon. While maybe not the most perfect railroad in the world, it is one of the greenest and most beautiful partially due to the average 100+ inches of rain it receives..hence the 3 creeks with trout populations and the 14 year-round springs. Owners Ray and Kathy Robinson have spent the last 11 years with help from friends putting it together. The M&LK RR currently consists of 4 bridges, 4 trestles, a tunnel, a balloon track and a watertower in just over 5,100 feet of 18 inch gauge track. The railroad will eventually form a 6,000+ foot loop with two sidings, a turn table and a few spur tracks.

Oregon - Medford Railroad Park
Medford, OR - At the Medford Railroad Park, there are plenty of things for the family to do. The main attractions are the miniature trains that you can ride.
Also in the park are real train stuff from the past, (called "Prototype") cabooses, boxcars, an old Flanger and other rolling stock from several RR companies, collected by the local chapter of the National Railway Historical Society. Also, the Rogue Valley Model RR club holds an open house at the park, during this same time.
