Monorails International
Start-up site for Monorails International (MI); which will eventually be moved to a regular dot-com site. Information will eventually include maintenance information for the various Monorail units. MI is working towards building privately owned, financed, managed Monorail and Maglev (high speed train) systems; throughout the U.S.; and other countries. MI was founded in Redding, CA, in July of 1996; and currently has office space in three states (CA, NV, OR).

Patiala State Monorail Tramway
Patiala State Monorail Tramway New Delhi, India. The engine and coach, saved by British Rail Historian Mike Satow,
operating at the Delhi Railway Museum .
Notice the single steel rail centered under the train and the
balance wheel running on a concrete strip which simulates the
highway it ran on in regular service. The rail carried aproximately
95% of the weight and the road or balance wheel only 5%.

Schwebebahn Monorail
This site is dedicated to the Schwebebahn monorail and the city that has been it's home for over 100 years. The Schwebebahn is a public transportation system; sort of like a mono rail. All electric, very safe, economic, kinda cool especially for something build over 100 years ago !
This Monorail is located in a city called Wuppertal ( The German San Francisco ) in the hill country of West Germany near Cologne and the Rhein river.
