United Rail Passenger Alliance, Inc. is a non-profit corporation, chartered under the laws of the State of Florida in 1986, and
is a non-membership organization, which is solely supported by donations from the private sector.
There are no membership dues nor conventions, no annual meetings, and no glossy monthly magazines. Instead, there is a
history of quiet but visible success of this group, which proudly points to accomplishment of both short and long term goals.

Washington State - The Washington Association of Rail Passengers is a consumer oriented, rail advocacy group organization compromised of citizens, businesses and other public interest groups from Washington State, as well as from neighboring states and provinces. Working together for improved rail transportation services in the Pacific Northwest, we work in concert with similar rail passenger groups in Oregon, California, and British Columbia. We also maintain a cooperative relationship with the National Association of Rail Passengers, based in Washington DC.
