Panama - Panama Canal
Click on "Live Camera" to view the webcam. This webcam is rotated throughout the day to show Canal traffic from different vantage points. The camera generally shows northbound traffic in the morning and southbound traffic in the evening. While the cam mostly shows ships, you can also see the rail mounted tugs (mules) that pull the ships through the canal locks.

Plattling Station
Excellent streaming video, 24hrs of busy railway station. large expanse of track. Camera mounted high overlooking whole area. Even saw a steeplejack climb past the camera once, which was a surprise! Can be zoomed in 2x or 4x. 2x is excellent as it fills the screen with good clarity.

Clicking on image takes you to that camera's page. Here you get the latest picture from the camera and a map showing its location. Clicking on the picture or on the buttons below it give larger views. All images update once per minute but you need to use the "refresh" button on your browser to get them. There is also a video option. To the right of the main image are three thumbnails taken 30 minutes, 1 hour and 3 hours ago respectively. The link under these takes you to an archive of shots taken every 5 minutes during the previous 24 hours.

Sweden, Kristianstads Isternäset
Kristianstad is situated in a unique wetland area, called "Kristianstads Vattenrike". Only a few hundred meters from the central railwaystation lies the Helge å River. Every winter the Helge å floods the surrounding meadows. When the water withdraws in spring, the birds enter the meadows. We have a very rich birdlife in Kristianstads Vattenrike.
The area on the photo is called Isternäset. It is every year totally covered by water and dry in the summer.
