High-Speed Monorail
This monorail system has a wrap-around-the-beam design which makes it extraordinarily stable, safe, comfortable, and fast. It
is an advance version of earlier monorail designs with greatly improved performance.
This high-speed monorail is powered by a linear motor which is very quiet (has no moving parts), drives the monorail at high
speeds, enables it to climb steep grades, and operates in rain, snow or ice. By combining this type of fixed guideway system
and linear induction motors, a substantial amount of "lift" can be generated as well as "thrust". This MagliftTM technology has
been qualified by the federal government as being eligible for federal funding under traditional "maglev" programs. However,
this MagliftTM technology differs substantially from conventional high-risk, high-cost, maglev systems in that it develops
substantial lift without losing contact with the guideway, thus providing a safer more cost effective transportation solution.

Jacksonville Skyway
The 2.5-mile Skyway is an automated transit system operating on an elevated dual guideway. Ten two-car trains whisk patrons to both sides of the St. Johns River in the central business district six days a week and special events.
There are three end stations—Florida Community College of Jacksonville (FCCJ), Convention Center and Kings Avenue—are intermodal with extensive parking and transfer points for bus and Park-n-Ride patrons.
The Kings Avenue station has a transit parking garage with 1900 spaces and another 200 surface spots. Commuter parking is available on a monthly basis and some lots have limited meter parking.

Kuala Lumpur Monorail
The Kuala Lumpur monorail system serves major offices and other commercial developments within the city centre. The monorail's 8.6km route with 11 stations is built on an elevated track.
The monorail serves downtown Kuala Lumpur, plying around the city center and various business districts. This efficient intra-city service runs from the north at Jalan Tun Razak Terminal, passing through the city's 'Golden Triangle' before reaching the other end at Kuala Lumpur Sentral railway hub.
