Operations of Prescott & Northwestern Railroad, along with Arkansas Midland Railroad and the Warren & Saline River Railroad, are composed of 137 miles of owned and leased track and serve the Hot Springs and Little Rock areas, as well as the southwestern and southeastern portions of the state. Puget Sound & Pacific Railroad (PSAP)
The Puget Sound & Pacific Railroad is headquartered in Elma, Washington. The PSAP interchanges with the BNSF and UP Class I railroads. The PSAP runs through the rich forest lands of Washington State and serves major lumber customers with transportation services. Freight moves over 108 miles of track in Northwest Washington.
More than 30,000 carloads moved over the PSAP in 2010. The major commodities include lumber, automobiles, ag products, waste, food and kindred products, and chemicals for the pulp and paper mills.

Quebec Gatineau Railway (QGR)
Genesee & Wyoming Canada Inc., the Canadian subsidiary of Genesee & Wyoming Inc., includes two operating properties, the Quebec Gatineau Railway (QGR) and the Huron Central Railway (HCR).
The Quebec Gatineau Railway provides rail transportation services to the major industrial regions and ports in the Province of Quebec. We are situated on the north shore of the Saint Lawrence and Ottawa rivers, an area comprising Quebec City, Trois-Rivieres, Shawinigan, Joliette, Montreal, St-Jerome, Lachute, Gatineau and Hull.
QGR, acquired from Canadian Pacific (CP) Rail, began operating in November 1997. Our 151 employees handle some 50,000 carloads of freight per year to serve our 23 major customers. In addition to our "can-do" customer service focus, QGR has added an automobile compound, a large lumber transfer facility and a bulk handling facility in our Henri IV yard in Quebec City to meet the market demand and benefit from available opportunities.

Rapid City, Pierre & Eastern Railroad (RCPE)
The Rapid City, Pierre & Eastern Railroad covers 670 miles of track between Tracy, MN and Rapid City, SD; north of Rapid City to Colony, WY; south of Rapid City to Dakota Jct., NE; and connecting branch lines, as well as trackage from Dakota Junction to Crawford, NE.
Customers on the line ship approximately 52,000 carloads annually of grain, bentonite clay, ethanol, fertilizer and other products. The RCPE interchanges with BNSF, Canadian Pacific, Union Pacific and the Nebraska Northwestern Railroad.
